FIG. 0 — THE SPECIMEN
LIQUICAT
$POURR
THE MOST LIQUID ASSET ON SOLANA.
A cat that is simultaneously a solid and a liquid. Select an apparatus below; the specimen will comply. He always complies. That is the finding.
RESULT: AWAITING VESSEL SELECTION.
SECTION 1 — PUBLISHED RESULT
The Finding
“On the rheology of cats”, Rheology Bulletin (2017). Ig Nobel Prize, Physics. AUTHOR'S NAME WITHHELD AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIGNITY COMMITTEE.
Science asked whether a cat can be both a solid and a liquid. It could. It won a prize. The Institute of Feline Rheology merely found the specimen who perfected the result.
LIQUICAT takes the shape of any container while conserving exactly one thousand millilitres of cat. He has been decanted through funnels, certified in graduated cylinders, and briefly solidified by a cucumber. The incident remains under review.
Phase rule, replicated without exception: LIQUID when comfortable. SOLID when startled.

SECTION 3 — LABORATORY PRACTICAL
The Decanting
Decant the specimen into the certified cylinder. Tilt the bench. Gravity does the rest — unless a cucumber is involved, in which case the specimen will briefly hold a strong opinion. Use that.
ETHICS STATEMENT
- The specimen consents by flowing.
- No vessel shall be deemed too small.
- Volume shall be conserved at all times.
- DO NOT BRING CUCUMBERS — ⚠ CUCUMBER DETECTED ON PREMISES (overruled by budget)
SECTION 4 — MATERIALS AND METHODS
Acquisition
No pipette required.
-
Obtain a vessel
Install Phantom or any Solana wallet. The specimen is indifferent to brand.
-
Add solvent
Fund it with SOL from any exchange. SOL is the carrier medium.
-
Decant
-
Observe conservation
He is now in your bag. He fits. He always fits. Log the observation.
